Enjoying Spring!

We're just cruising along and enjoying Spring. Can you believe we're half-way through April already?! We've been spending as much time as possible outside. The weather has been nice and it's great right now because the bugs haven't gotten too bad yet. We've heard that the gnats might not be so bad this year because of all of the snow we had in the winter - anyone who was here last summer knows we're really hoping that's true!!!

We're all doing well. Cara and Nora are starting to really interact a lot now and they both love that (and we love watching!) Cara looooves watching her big sister and Nora loves being a big sister and works hard to "help" and talk to Cara a lot.

Cara's really working on getting a tooth through and we're all helping her deal with that...




We had our first experience with nose mining - Nora stuck a cheerio WAY up her nose and we had to visit the pediatrician for help getting it all out! Stacie was in the kitchen when Nora called from her chair, "Mommy, I need to get this O out of my nose!" She was very relaxed about the whole thing, even at the doctor - the doc was very impressed with her. :) As long as we were way out in Ashburn, we hit up the Dinosaur playground too and had fun swinging!

We had a great time with Gramma and Pop-pop last week!



Nora wanted to carry her baby just like Mommy carries Cara.

Here she is trying to move - she finishes a 180 in the video and you can tell she's trying to figure out how to get her legs and arms organized to crawl!


We're getting ready to move at the end of this month - basically next door! The owner of the house we're in now is planning to sell (and we sure don't want to buy it!) and our friends just bought the end unit of the next building and are going to rent it to us! They're having a lot of work done to it and it's going to be really nice! We're so excited to get over there. We're prepping Nora as much as we can and for now she's excited too. She chose her room and our friends even let her choose what color to paint it - yellow, of course!
